Sunday, Nov. 11, 2024: The annual boys and girls event showcases the freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior players from Illinois. College programs across the U.S. are represented each year at the event, which is hosted on 175,000 sq. ft. of indoor field turf.

Where: The MAX In McCook, only 25 minutes outside Chicago. The address is 4750 Vernon Ave., McCook, Ill.

Background:

The massive event continues to be a big hit each year with college coaches, as more than 100 total college coaches (D-I, D-II, D-III, NAIA, JUCO) attended last year's event representing some of the following states: Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska. Coaches love the fact they can watch multiple games at once and see players from all over the area in one stop.

Important background notes:

*Each player will play total 80-120 minutes of game time, 10-v-10 games.

*Goalies also will have a special combine led by Stan Anderson of Camp Shutout/UIC goalie coach. Results will be provided to players, high school and college coaches.

*Each player will take part in the college soccer informational session before the event and at the event, which is held during its team "bye." Focus areas: Recruiting for all levels, self care, social media dos and don’ts. Speaking lineup will include college coaches and professional athletes.

*Each player will receive a jersey and be able to wear regular cleats, as the turf is brand new state-of-the-art turf.

*Registration includes: game jersey, min. 80 minutes of game time, online and college coach packet player profile, insurance, athletic trainer, college information session and BODYARMOR products for each player at check in and at completion.

*Once you register, you will receive a follow-up email confirming registration. You will receive those emails on Oct. 10 and Nov. 1 with additional information and basic reminders – check-in time, rosters, etc.  Limited registration is open through September 30, but will close once all limited remaining spots are filled. This event is run by volunteers and high school coaches, so it’s a one-time event each year.

Important notes for players:

*Cleats may worn, but please also bring gym shoes. Any color shorts and socks may be worn.

*Trainers will be on-site to tape and provide ice for any bumps or bruises.

*BODYARMOR bottled water and sports drink provided.
